ORU-4401
O-RAN compliant radio unit, 4T4R 5G Sub-6 radio.
Overview
The ORU-4401 5G O-RU is an O-RAN–compliant radio unit designed to support 5G Sub-6 radio transmission, reception, and processing, with a total output power of up to 1 W.
Compared with the previous generation, this model is more compact and lightweight, making it well suited for dense deployment scenarios.
The ORU-4401 supports the n78, n79, n77, n48, and n41 bands, enabling 5G NR Sub-6 coverage. It features a 4T4R architecture with an output power of 250 mW per channel.
The unit connects to an O-DU or FHGW via the O-RAN 7.2 split eCPRI interface with Low-PHY. It supports cold-swappable internal and external antenna configurations, offers IP65 protection, and provides an optional Zone-2 explosion-proof design, ensuring reliability and resilience for semi-outdoor deployments.
